Step 1.
You send a message, tell us what you need, and we confirm the right package for your situation. Payment is made in full before work begins, by bank transfer or through Paystack. Once payment is confirmed, we book the discovery call.The discovery call.
Step 2.
This is the core of what we do. A Resume Phrazr writer gets on a call with you and walks through your career properly. We ask questions that pull out wins you may have forgotten. We get the details right: role titles, dates, scope, team sizes, budgets, results. We discuss the roles you are targeting. By the end of the call, we have everything needed to write.First draft within 24 hours.
Step 3.
Your first draft arrives within one working day of the discovery call. You receive your CV or resume in both Microsoft Word and PDF formats, delivered to your WhatsApp and email.For the Japa Migration Bundle and packages that include LinkedIn optimisation or a Statement of Purpose, all documents are delivered together in the same window.Revisions until it is exactly right.
Step 4.
Two revision rounds are included in every package. Executives get three. You have 14 days to request changes. Most clients are comfortable after the first revision, but we are not precious about edits. This is your document and your career.

Do I need to prepare anything for the discovery call?
Just yourself and your story. You do not need a polished CV ready. If you have an existing one, share it beforehand so we can review it. If you have nothing, the call covers everything we need.
Can I get my CV in two different versions for two different industries?
Yes. Up to three versions are included from one discovery call at no extra charge.
What if my call runs longer than expected?
That is normal. Our discovery calls average 45 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes and sometimes go longer for executive or complex career histories. We do not rush the conversation.
